RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with disabilities in the community. This full-time role covers Tue–Sat 3pm–11pm, focusing on person-centered goals and empowerment.

You will advocate for rights, promote health and safety, assist with daily living, transportation, and community engagement, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks.
• Compassionate and person-centered support.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulations.

Responsabilités

• Advocate for individuals' human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety and wellness.
• Encourage self-advocacy and independence.
• Facilitate community activities and employment/social events.
• Teach independent living skills and personal care tasks.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Assist with medication administration per state laws.
