Job summary

Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Findlay, Ohio to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in community settings.

Earn $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires. Afternoon/evening shifts (2 PM–11 PM) are available, with paid training and career growth opportunities as part of a veteran‑friendly employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, grooming, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities and monitor progress.
• Document care and progress and communicate with team members to ensure consistent support.
