Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 8th grade or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform counting tasks.

• Basic reading of labels and signs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up dishwashing equipment.
• Clean dish return systems and area.
• Dispose of trash and food waste.
• Stock dispenser equipment and food items.
• Clean and set up service equipment.
• Maintain kitchen and serving equipment cleanliness.
• Keep refrigerators clean per standards.
• Ensure floors are swept and mopped.
• Work hours 2:30 pm – 11 pm with rotating weekends.
