Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and loads dishwasher or racks to ensure cleanliness.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays and maintains sanitary work areas.
• Polishes silverware and ensures safe handling of all kitchen equipment.
• Keeps dish area clean, organizes supplies, and complies with safety standards.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
