Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to join our Leominster dining team. You will help foster a clean, welcoming dining environment and deliver meals with care to residents. Responsibilities include taking orders, setting up trays, assisting with meal selections, and maintaining readiness for the next service.

This role offers meaningful daily interactions and a supportive team. Schedule: 4pm–7pm; evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations for food service operations.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents promptly and efficiently.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Standing position for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Handles requests from residents regarding meal selection or needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
