Bainbridge Senior Living on Bainbridge Island is seeking a part-time server to provide meals and warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents. You will engage with residents and their families, working with teammates to ensure outstanding service and hospitality in a senior living setting.

The role emphasizes resident engagement, teamwork, and adherence to company policies while delivering superior dining experiences in the communities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Able to push, pull, carry and walk 80% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide top notch dining services while creating positive interactions with residents.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure high-level dining services and teamwork.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families to support an inclusive living environment.
• Ensure highest quality dining services to meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Follow all policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s goals and values.
