Job summary

Bainbridge Senior Living on Bainbridge Island is seeking a part-time server to provide meals and warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents. You will engage with residents and their families, working with teammates to ensure outstanding service and hospitality in a senior living setting.

The role emphasizes resident engagement, teamwork, and adherence to company policies while delivering superior dining experiences in the communities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Able to push, pull, carry and walk 80% of the workday.

Position Overview:

The Primary purpose of the Server is to serve meals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience is provided for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Engagement: Provide top notch dining services while creating positive interactions with our residents
• Team Player: Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure top level dining services are provided while working together to problem solve
• Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.

• Organizational Support and Professionalism: Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s goals and values and remaining professional at all times.
