Job summary

Spring Hills Middletown is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. You will ensure residents enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere and help deliver exceptional dining experiences in the community setting.

The role is part-time, 4:00pm–7:00pm, with base pay of $14.00 per hour. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, and you’ll work in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain required food handling and sanitation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks to residents in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Set up dining tables with clean linens and polished silverware.
• Accommodate guest requests and inform about menu items; suggest alternatives when needed.
• Maintain a service-oriented, welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
• Follow health and safety regulations to keep a clean, safe dining area.
