Job summary

Twin Farms is seeking warm, dependable PM Servers to join our Dining Room team in Bethel, Vermont. As a Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux property, we value personalized, guest-focused service and a seamless evening dining experience.

These roles offer an hourly wage with benefits for eligible team members, with shifts from 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–Close, and opportunities for growth within a close-knit, high-standard hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or luxury hospitality preferred; training offered.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to connect with guests and anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the dining experience.
• Welcome guests and confidently describe menu, wine, and beverage offerings.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate allergies, dietary needs, preferences, and special requests clearly to the culinary team.
• Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas.
• Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables.
• Assist with in-room dining, private dinners, and special events as needed.
• Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and Wine teams to create a seamless guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
