Job summary

Twin Farms in Vermont is seeking warm, dependable AM Servers to join our dining room team. As a Forbes Five-Star Relais & Châteaux property, we deliver polished, genuine service and welcome guests with attentiveness from breakfast through lunch and special events. This non-tipping, hourly-wage role emphasizes a team-first culture, growth opportunities, meals, and benefits.

Shifts run 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with mornings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hospitality experience preferred, but training is provided.
• Warm, confident, and professional communication.
• Genuine enjoyment of taking care of people.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service during breakfast, lunch, and special events.
• Welcome guests and describe menu and beverage offerings.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate allergies, dietary needs, preferences, and special requests clearly to the culinary team.
• Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas.
• Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables.
• Assist with in-room dining service as needed.
• Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
