Qualifications

• Must maintain safe food handling certification or permits as required by law.

• Able to stand, walk short distances, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen and dining areas and equipment according to schedules.
• Prepare and rinse china, glass, and utensils for cleaning.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and sinks to sanitize items.
• Test equipment temperatures and sanitizer levels per guidelines.
• Move and store cleaned wares and dispose of waste to keep area safe.
• Attend training and participate in development activities.
• Report suspected elder abuse or neglect as per policies.
