Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a part-time Server to warmly greet residents, assist in dining rooms, and help maintain a welcoming, tidy dining environment.

The role runs Wed-Sat, 4:30pm-7:30pm; responsibilities include bussing tables, serving meals, and supporting residents with seating and mobility as needed. A positive, energetic attitude and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• English reading/writing comprehension at least 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Assist with dining service, bussing tables, and setting up for meals.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and support resident comfort.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness as needed.
