Job summary

Immediate Mailing Services, Inc. in Liverpool, NY, seeks a Print Production Associate to set up, operate, and maintain high-speed digital printing equipment to produce quality printed materials.

You will assist with daily print production, prepare materials, organize workflows, and help ensure quality. On-the-job training is provided. This is a full-time role with evening hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous digital printing or production experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Willingness and ability to learn digital printing equipment, production processes, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work under supervision and maintain an organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Production support and material preparation for daily print jobs.
• Assist with setup, preparation, and completion of daily print production tasks.
• Retrieve, organize, stage, and prepare paper, printed materials, and production supplies.
• Maintain identification and organization to prevent mixing materials or errors.
• Learn basic operating principles of high-volume digital printing equipment.
• Observe control panels, job queues, and machine settings to support production.
• Verify printed output against samples and job instructions for quality.
• Assist with minimizing waste, reprints, and production delays.
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs to reduce downtime.
