Job summary

The Imagine Group, LLC is seeking a Digital Finishing Technician to perform finishing and bindery steps according to our standards. You will operate laser table, Zund, laminator, and other finishing equipment to complete orders in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include setting up equipment, inspecting output quality, and maintaining safety standards while meeting productivity targets. High school diploma and relevant experience are required; ERP system familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and color accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills for finishing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand all job ticket information.
• Set up finishing equipment per procedures and adjust as needed.
• Cut product to final size/shape using finishing equipment.
• Monitor output quality and report issues; track data for jobs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; participate in 5S in the work area.
• Collaborate with team to identify opportunities for improvement.
