Qualifications

• Understanding of Dining Services procedures and practices.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work for residents' best interests and facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food products according to recipes and menus.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods.
• Maintain and record temperatures daily.
• Direct and supervise Dining Aides when needed.
• Ensure meals start on time and visitors receive feedback.
• Follow safety and infection control measures.
• Clean equipment after use and complete cleaning as scheduled.
• Maintain supplies and keep floors clean.
