Job summary

Alto Wheaton is seeking a warm, dependable Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our evening meal service. Short shifts until 7pm and a schedule that fits around your life make this a great fit for students, retirees, or anyone seeking meaningful part-time work with a friendly team.

You’ll serve residents with care, help maintain a clean dining environment, and join a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering a great dining experience. No experience required — training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve evening meals with warmth, care, and attention to every resident’s needs
• Build genuine connections with residents who look forward to seeing you each shift
• Support a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout service
• Work as part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering a great dining experience
• Be available for weekends and holidays as needed
