Southview Acres Health Care Center in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to join the team. Shifts are 3pm-7pm, with experience preferred. The role involves food prep, portioning, serving meals, and maintaining HACCP standards in a busy residential health care setting.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary aide experience required.
• Able to thrive in a busy environment and take direction well.
• Interest in food prep and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents.
• Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined by meal tickets.
• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food safely following HACCP SOPs.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per schedules and procedures.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes and utensils.
• Prepares beverages including nectar, honey and pudding thick beverages.
• Distributes beverages to residents before meals.
• Cleans tables and stocks condiments, creamers, sugar, etc.
• Performs correct sanitary measures.
