Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Diesel Mechanic Technician or Reefer Technician (ThermoKing) for the Miller Truck Leasing division in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a large fleet, with ThermoKing experience preferred.

Must have 3+ years in related mechanical work, a valid CDL (or ability to obtain with trainer help), and be able to work 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a diesel, fleet, or heavy equipment mechanic (strong B Level Tech).
• Valid CDL Class A or B or ability to obtain with trainer assistance.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and reconditioning on Class 1-8 vehicles.
• Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes using company OEM software.
