A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team at our Streetsboro, OH shop. This role focuses on maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our Class 8 fleet, ensuring safety and reliability.

Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on repair experience, own heavy-duty tools, and a willingness to learn. We offer competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks.
• A complete set of hand tools for heavy truck repair.
• Vocational or Technical Training in diesel/heavy-duty vehicle; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general repairs on Class 8 trucks.
• Troubleshooting and repairing brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension systems, etc.
• Diagnosing and repairing engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems.
• Inspecting and replacing general components as required.
