Job summary

WellQuest of Menifee Lakes in Menifee, CA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and social programs in a supportive, respectful environment.

This full-time PM-shift position pays $17.34–$17.50 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of health-care experience preferred, English proficiency, and the ability to pass a background check and first aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Background check and first aid training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Assist residents at mealtime and help clear tables after meals.
• Encourage residents to participate in daily activities and maintain room neatness.
• Maintain resident safety and confidentiality and follow lifting procedures.
• Report observed changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor immediately.
