Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks as needed and directed.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Assist residents at mealtime and with activities of daily living.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Communicate resident changes to a supervisor as required.
