Job summary

Rinse is seeking a Local Operations Valet Trainer in New York to execute delivery routes and lead training for new Valets, serving as the face of Rinse to drivers in NYC. This part-time, hourly role offers growth as you develop others and expand into broader Operations responsibilities over time.

Typical shifts are Friday–Tuesday, 6:00PM–11:00PM, with compensation at $21/hour plus 100% tips and a $35 training bonus plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Able to lift 45–50 pounds.
• Available to work Friday–Tuesday evenings.

Responsibilities

• Set up training computers and classroom materials.
• Welcome new Valets to HQ and represent Rinse culture.
• Administer and run training sessions (6PM–11PM).
• Lead on-the-road training with new Valets.
• Lead classroom debriefs and ensure understanding of standards and safety.
