Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver who brings warmth to customers' doors and helps in the bakery when not driving. You'll be the friendly face delivering orders and supporting bakery operations to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

You'll deliver orders safely, keep guests smiling, and support the bakery team to keep orders moving during peak hours. If you enjoy driving, meeting people, and teamwork, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
