Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Cookie Crew Delivery Driver to deliver warm cookies and moments of happiness to customers at their doors. You’ll split time between the bakery and the road, helping with orders, greeting guests, and keeping the bakery running smoothly.

Ideal candidates enjoy driving, meeting new people, and working with an energetic team. Availability during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles within the bakery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
• Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
• Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
• Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
• Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
• Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pick‑up orders.
• Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food‑safe.
• Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
