FCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Day Porter to join the team at the Lime Parking Garage, Disney Springs, Lake Buena Vista, FL. This full-time position ensures cleanliness, safety, and appearance of a high-traffic parking facility managed by CFTOD.

The role requires a dependable, active individual capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver’s license and a customer-service mindset. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Physically active and able to be on your feet during shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Strong customer service attitude for a high-traffic environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Gator vehicle to collect trash on garage floors.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, counters, sinks, and fixtures.
• Wipe surfaces, windows, handrails, extinguishers, and doors.
• Clean and maintain parking pay stations, elevators, and escalators.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the garage.
• Patrol premises to collect litter and dispose of waste.
• Monitor and clean smoking areas per policies.
• Respond promptly to spills and accidents and report issues.
• Provide directions and courteous assistance to guests.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and wear PPE at all times.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
