Job summary

Wesco’s Irving, TX location is hiring for a Senior Associate – Data Center Services to support data center infrastructure deployment, cabinet integration, rack assembly, and hardware installations. You’ll perform rack and stack work, install servers and network equipment, and ensure customer specs are met with attention to detail.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in related fields, with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or technical assembly.
• 1+ year in rack and stack operations, cabinet integration, server installation, or data center deployment.
• Experience with rack and stack operations and data center hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack and stack integration, cabinet builds, and data center hardware installations.
• Install and secure servers, switches, PDUs, cable management systems, and related infrastructure.
• Assemble, configure, and prepare customer-specific rack and cabinet solutions.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and approved equipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and inventory transactions.
