Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Belmont, Wisconsin is hiring a Production Operator for a fast-paced cheese production environment. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to stand through the shift. You will operate multiple machines, load trays, weigh cheese, and ensure quality while following GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive movements with accuracy.
• Ability to push/pull/lift at least 30 pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must stand for the entire shift and perform routine cheese production tasks.
• Basic math skills to calculate averages and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate cheese production equipment and machines (stacker/unmolder/rack washer) as assigned.
• Load trays/molds, weigh cheese, and ensure proper drainage and molding.
• Maintain sanitation, clean work areas, and follow GMP guidelines.
• Record production data accurately and communicate issues to supervisors.
