- 8:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional duties at other Thorlabs locations in the region. You will handle orders, quotes, and inquiries while upholding pricing policies and delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contacts via calls, emails, and chats and resolve issues promptly.
• Set up customer accounts and process orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Present products/services and upsell appropriately while maintaining quality and integrity.
• Adhere to pricing policies and company standards in all interactions.
