Job summary

Thorlabs in Newton, NJ seeks a warehouse associate to perform receiving, stocking, and basic production support in a fast-paced setting. Position requires handling diverse raw materials, finish goods and equipment under general supervision at Newton, NJ, with occasional duties at other Thorlabs locations.

Hours are 10:00am - 6:30pm. You will use Axapta or RF Smart systems, move inventory with pallet jacks or carts, and coordinate with buyers or planners to resolve issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse receiving preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and D365.

Responsibilities

• Assists in receiving goods and checking against documentation.
• Moves inventory using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts.
• Coordinates subcontracting services and production orders.
• Maintains parts lists and ensures quality and quantity standards.
• Ensures shipping/receiving aligns with company policies.
• Keeps internal and external customers informed with professional communication.
