Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail in framing tasks.
• Ability to read and verify customer orders and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Document customer framing preferences for each order.
• Input measurements to ensure frame/mount compatibility.
• Support mat orders and assist framing and mounting processes.
• Escalate questions about artwork or orders to customer experience/leadership.
• Prepare and mount art pieces per specifications to realize customer vision.
• Assemble artwork with precision, maintaining stringent quality standards.
• Review work orders and apply correct mount types and mounting procedures.
• Use hand tools and computer systems for documentation and application.
• Handle delicate components and ensure QA for each piece.
• Trim surrounding materials with precision to protect art.
• Leverage visual-spatial skills for an aesthetically pleasing presentation.
• Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge's needs.
