Job summary

Werner is seeking a Custom Assembly Teammate in Wisconsin to complete Work Order Processing and kitting orders per customer drawings. Duties include engraving, assembly, pre-fabrication and wire processing to deliver precise, timely custom solutions for customers in the electrical industry.

The role runs 1:30 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a $21/hr wage, a $1,000 starting bonus and $2,400 annual bonus potential. Requires a High School Diploma and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook included).
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, drawings and customer specs in English.

Responsibilities

• Produce Work Orders (WO) according to BOM, drawings and customer specs.
• Adhere to quality checks including inspections, testing, packing and labeling.
• Prioritize work by due date and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Organize materials and log/ file WO; operate hand tools and processing machines.
• Pack and ship orders as needed to meet customer requirements.
