Job summary

CW Resources in Hartford, CT is hiring Janitors to help keep facilities clean and running smoothly. You will follow a cleaning plan, use mops, brooms, vacuums, and disinfectants, and work with a small team to complete daily tasks.

This part‑time role offers training, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to grow with a mission-driven nonprofit. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, with a supportive environment and PPE provided for safe, efficient cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Start your day by checking in with your supervisor and teammates to go over the cleaning plan and what needs to be done that day.
• Grab cleaning supplies and load up if you need to.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; take out trash; clean restrooms; restock supplies; wipe surfaces.
• Dust furniture, shelves, and vents.
• Final walkthrough to ensure cleanliness.
• Return tools to storage and prep for tomorrow.
