GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Fremont Public Schools in Newaygo, MI. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with one weekend per month, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will lead the cleaning team, ensure building safety, and oversee nightly tasks using GRBS tools. Candidates should be 18+, with leadership experience, be dependable, and have reliable transportation. The job includes mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and enforcing quality

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID and leadership experience.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with one weekend per month.
• Background check required; protects students and school property.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Finish the job using GRBS tools and complete nightly checks.
• Perform 360 communication with site staff and hold team accountable.
