Job summary

ESFM, the facilities management arm of Compass Group USA, has an opening for full-time JANITOR positions in Lexington, NC. This role focuses on keeping buildings clean and orderly and performing heavy cleaning tasks.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm. At least 1 year of janitorial experience is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $16.26 per hour, with the full-time benefits package available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy cleaning tasks and follow approved procedures.
• Location: Lexington, NC (SE Welcome facility).

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following procedures.
• Dusts, mops, and sanitizes surfaces; cleans walls, windows, and floors.
• Moves and repositions equipment and furniture as needed for cleaning.
• Completes tasks per supervisor instructions and adheres to safety rules.
