Job summary

Natick, MA-based building services role seeks an evening cleaner to perform a range of cleaning tasks, maintenance support, and event setup. You will work in the facility, independently completing assigned duties during the 3:00 PM–8:00 PM window, with physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred. CORI/SORI background check and pre-employment physical including drug test are required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, carpet cleaning, dusting, polishing, and window cleaning
• Trash removal and recycling as assigned
• Snow removal (on- and off-shift, as needed)
• Assisting with regular and periodic maintenance
• Event set-up and break-down
• Performing other cleaning tasks as assigned
• Tactfully interacting with all building occupants
