Creative Management Technology, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Custodian in Cleveland, Ohio for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 10:00 pm). Compensation is $19.92 per hour with bi-weekly pay.

Duties include cleaning, sanitation, restrooms, floors, and safety compliance. Must pass a federal background check and pre-employment drug screen, have a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40 lbs. Responsibilities

• Collect all garbage and recyclables from the assigned locations and place them in the correct disposal dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and fixtures daily with a germicidal solution.
• Wet mop all washable floors, including restrooms, stairwells, elevators, office areas, and storage areas.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and dust-mop corridors.
• Dust, clean, and sanitize other surfaces.
• Refill paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in all dispensers.
• Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested.
• Attend and participate in worksite safety and in-service training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all safety requirements and procedures at all times.
