Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Montebello, CA is seeking a part-time Janitor to keep facilities clean, organized and disinfected. The role runs six days per week, Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a focus on interior cleaning, trash removal and restroom upkeep.

The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, follows safety procedures, and maintains cleaning inventories. You will work under supervision to ensure a safe, clean environment for occupants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Part-time janitorial role with evening shift, Mon–Sat.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must follow safety procedures and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls; general cleaning tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs and locker rooms.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones; clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling; close doors at end of shift.
