Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to keep offices and common areas clean, organized, and disinfected. The role covers sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and periodic window cleaning.

Shifts run Monday to Thursday from 6 pm to 10 pm; the worker must lift up to 50 pounds and follow all safety guidelines while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This position requires reliability and attention to detail to ensure facilities meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, replenish supplies.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers to the disposal area.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
