Job summary

CCS Facility Services in the United States is seeking a Janitor to keep workplaces clean, organized, and disinfected, performing interior cleaning across offices, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.

You will vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect desks and phones, manage cleaning supplies, report unsafe conditions, follow safety rules, and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6pm-9pm; Sunday 9am-12pm. Close doors at end of night shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety and precaution rules.
• Maintain cleaning chart and report unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of snow from sidewalks if needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
