Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas in Tennessee, with duties including daily housekeeping, operating cleaning equipment, and handling hazardous waste per safety rules.

The role requires teamwork, professional communication, and adherence to all company procedures; a driver’s license may be required, and forklift certification could be needed based on site.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Completed safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Speak professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers.
