Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Bend, Oregon to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The role supports daily operations, safety, and customer satisfaction on a 3:30pm–12:00am shift.

Pay ranges from $19 to $20 per hour with comprehensive benefits. No supervisory duties, but teamwork and adherence to safety policies are essential for reliable facility care and positive client experiences.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and safety training certifications where applicable.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain area cleanliness.
• Handle Hazardous Waste responsibilities including sorting, labeling, and shipping as needed.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Support shift lead, fill in during staff shortages, and maintain professional conduct.
• Communicate with team and customers in a professional manner.
