Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our client facilities. The role involves cleaning interiors, floors, windows, and restrooms, with responsibilities including disinfecting common touchpoints and maintaining cleaning supplies.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety protocols. This is a night-shift oriented position within a dynamic facility services team.

Qualifications

• Experience with janitorial cleaning tasks preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper chemical handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones; clean and stock restrooms.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request missing materials.
• Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
