MSAD 75 / RSU 75 Bowdoin Central School in Bowdoin, Maine is hiring an Evening Custodian. The role runs from 2:30pm to 11:00pm and includes maintaining facilities, performing cleaning tasks, and assisting with events after hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance of assigned areas and walkways.
• Manage daily schedule, unlock/secure doors, monitor lights and HVAC checks.
• Set up and take down for events.
• Serve as contact for facility users outside regular hours.
• Remove snow, salt and sand as needed.
• Hours/locations may vary based on district needs.
