Job summary

Westwood Heights Schools is seeking two dependable and hardworking individuals to join our custodial team for the 2nd shift. These are immediate openings, contracted through a 3rd party vendor.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, trash removal, securing the building, and reporting safety hazards. Must have a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting).
• Sanitize restrooms, classrooms, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Secure the building at the end of shift (locking doors/windows).
• Report maintenance repairs or safety hazards to the supervisor.
