Job summary

AriensCo is recruiting a motivated 2nd shift Custodian to perform janitorial duties and other tasks in our Brillion facility. You will clean restrooms, break areas, and shop spaces, and assist with general housekeeping while following safety protocols.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm, with a starting wage of $20/hour plus a $4/hour shift differential. Qualifications include the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of restrooms, break areas and facility spaces
• Empty garbage containers around office, shop floors and by assembly line
• Clean shop offices, paint, wipe desks, and mop floors as needed
• Maintain lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, snow throwers and attachments
• Complete other housekeeping tasks and special projects as assigned
• Ensure safe operation of machines and tools
