Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI is seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Custodian to perform janitorial duties and other tasks in the facility. You will clean restrooms, break areas, offices, and shop floors, and help maintain the cleanliness of the production environment.

The role offers a starting pay of $20 per hour with a $4 per hour shift differential, Monday through Friday 3pm to 11pm, with opportunities to grow and develop within AriensCo's culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must stand for 8+ hours.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must pass PPE and safety rules.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, break areas, and floors.
• Empty garbage in offices, shop floors, and by assembly line.
• Clean shop offices and desks; wipe surfaces and maintain floors.
• Maintain lawn mower gear and storage areas as needed.
• Assist with special projects and general housekeeping duties.
