Job summary

CBM Florida in Burlington is seeking a reliable Custodial Supervisor for the Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday–Friday). You will lead the evening custodial team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

The role includes supervising staff, inspecting facilities, training and mentoring, managing supplies, and coordinating scheduling with safety and security in mind. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years custodial or janitorial experience.
• 1+ year supervisory preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of evening custodial staff.
• Inspect facilities to ensure cleaning and sanitation standards are met.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; submit purchase requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Assist in scheduling, shift coverage, and performance management.
• Perform custodial duties as needed to support the team.
