Job summary

Verde Clean in Phoenix is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager with staffing, scheduling, and training. The role oversees custodial teams, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and OSHA compliance across assigned sites.

The position requires 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent leadership and communication abilities. Evening hours, Sunday through Thursday, with competitive pay and benefits. In-person work location.

Qualifications

• 1 year of progressively responsible experience in operations preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience managing direct reports preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Oversee daily workflow of the department.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Discipline and termination of department staff per policy.
• Coordinate and supervise custodial staff activities to meet contract standards.
• Train staff on safety, policies, and procedures; report accidents to the Site Manager.
