Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma.
• 1–3 years custodial experience.
• Knowledge of MSDS and safety labeling.
• Ability to read manufacturer labels for chemicals.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of custodial projects.
• Occasionally cover Custodial II and lead roles.
• Determine personnel and equipment needs for projects.
• Write procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Schedule resources for special projects.
• Assist with equipment specifications.
• Evaluate new processes and procedures.
• Perform daily cleaning as needed.
• Operate a vehicle safely when required.
• Climb ladders up to six feet.
• Deliver equipment and materials.
• Maintain safety and security of the building.
• Snow and ice removal from exterior walkways.
