Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Missouri is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas and provide guidance to custodial staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification; forklift and driver’s license may be required. Shift is Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am, with an hourly rate of $17.50–$18.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supply inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents, hazards, and personnel issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE use and correct at-risk behavior.
